10-Minute Morning Motivation Meditation

This morning motivation meditation begins with a gentle stretch to awaken your energy and increase breathing capacity. You may also choose to visualize the movement to make this guided meditation work for you. We'll practice a yoga breathing exercise called Ujjayi Pranayama to create a profound feeling of steadiness.
