10-Minute Restorative Yoga With Props for Relaxation
Small moments of relaxation can add up to less stress and more well-being over time. In this 10-minute restorative yoga with props class we'll practice two restorative yoga poses with props. We'll begin in Supported Bridge and then transition easily into Basic Relaxation Pose, where I'll guide you in a calming, relaxing yoga pranayama.
You can choose to add another relaxation practice onto the end of this video (I'll give you my suggestion), or come back to this video throughout the week to support total and deep relaxation in mind and body.
For this restorative yoga sequence you'll need a flat bolster, a blanket, and a strap.
