30-Minute Morning Yoga and Meditation to Start With Intention
This 30-minute morning yoga and meditation class will give you a fresh start with intention as you work toward Triangle Pose.
Sequenced for students who have some prior yoga asana experience, we'll start with pranayama, intention setting, and flow our way toward Utthita Trikonasana (Extended Triangle Pose).
This pose recruits the strength of the legs and torso, as well as the steadiness of breath and mind, so you can expand your hearts and greet the still, unchanging center within meditation.
