30-Minute Restorative Yoga with Props Full Body Self-Care

Relax into self-care with this 30-minute restorative yoga with props class. This is a full body yoga practice where you'll move the spine in all directions with gentle movement before settling into relaxing restorative yoga poses.

You'll need four blankets and a bolster for this 30-min yoga class. This self care yoga sequence also includes Samana Mudra to energetically support you in digestion and receiving rest while releasing tension in mind and body.
