Grounding Yoga Practice to Calm Your Thoughts

This 17-minute grounding yoga practice will help you calm your thoughts so you can feel more centered and at ease. Yoga is a system of taming the fluctuations of the mind, the mental chatter that tries to convince us that we are anything other than the unchanging, peaceful space within.

Through gentle yoga asana, pranayama, and mudra we'll release anxious and restless energy in order to experience a more grounded body and mind. Turn inward with me to rediscover this space, and be sure to grab a bolster or blanket.
