Love on yourself exactly as you are with this 30-minute restorative yoga and meditation for self-love class. We'll begin with passive stretching poses that are yin in nature, then rest and relax in restorative yoga poses with props.

You'll be guided into a meditation to invite in feelings of unconditional love and support for yourself, no matter what you're going through.
