Restorative Yoga for Anxiety Symptom Relief

Find respite from symptoms of anxiety and stress with this 30-minute restorative yoga for anxiety class. Restorative yoga has been shown to slow down one's heart rate, reduce blood pressure, and calm a racing mind.

When we're anxious, we often pressure ourselves to calm down right away, as if it was that easy! Instead, we’ll move a bit in the beginning with gentle asana, then continue through a series of restorative yoga poses with shorter holds to soothe the restless energy of anxiety. My hope is you feel calmer and more relaxed by the end.
