Join me for a 30-minute relaxing restorative yoga with props class to support your mental health. I originally was introduced to yoga when I was going through depression, and yogic practices have helped me with my mood and mindset for more than a decade.

Studies show that yoga is beneficial for mood management and can ease symptoms of anxiety and depression. Please note that yoga is not a substitute for medical care or other therapies you're using for your mental health journey.
