Winter Solstice restorative yoga sequence 30 min
Welcome the winter solstice with this restorative yoga sequence using props. The winter solstice marks the longest night of the year. What better way to celebrate this ritual than with a soothing restorative yoga practice?
First, we'll gently move and stretch to prepare the body, then relax in restorative yoga poses to support rejuvenation in mind, body, and spirit. This restorative yoga sequence requires only a few things: a chair, up to 3 blankets, and an eye covering (washcloth or eye pillow).
