Release What No Longer Serves You Guided Meditation

In this 10-minute guided meditation, you'll use a hand gesture called Apana Mudra to facilitate the release of what no longer serves you. This might be negative energy, physical tension, stuck emotions, ruminating thoughts, or old beliefs.

If you cannot form the hand mudra, try visualizing it instead. Begin in a seated or lying down position and be in a quiet space with minimal distractions. I hope this guided meditation helps you release what's no longer necessary to hold.
