New Moon Restorative Yoga 30 Min Yoga Class

Practice this restorative yoga class on the new moon to rest, relax, and make space for rebirth. While planting intentions, it's necessary to give yourself time to rest and be still, just like a seed in the ground.

While resting in restorative poses with props, I'll guide you into deeper relaxation beginning with Legs Up the Wall or Chair. We'll use yoga props like a bolster, blankets, and a block to fully relax and ground the body and mind during the dark time of the new moon.
