During this 15-minute guided meditation you'll walk back through 2022 to reflect on your life and process emotions and thoughts that may keep you from a fresh start in 2023.

Note: This meditation is sensitive to traumas and difficulties you may have experienced, so we'll begin with creating a secure inner sanctuary that you can return to anytime. Feel free to pause or end the recording if you find it too much to do alone. In that case, please seek out yoga therapy or mental health counseling to get the support you need.
