Guided Meditation for Sadness and Hopelessness - 10 Minutes
The intention of this guided meditation is to help you process feelings of sadness and hopelessness.
I invite you to be present with whatever decides to show up during practice. This is a difficult thing to do and I'm glad you're here.
Choose a comfortable lying down or seated position. You'll be guided through different parts of the body as you breathe gently, practicing a yoga technique called Aharana Pranayama.
Remember:
1. It's okay to feel this way.
2. You won't always feel this way, and
3. You're not alone.
